This is an application for withdrawal of amount deposited by the appellant.

For the reasons stated in the application, respondent no.1/applicant is permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited by the appellant alongwith accrued interest thereon. Registry is directed to pay 50% amount on usual undertaking and 25% amount on execution of solvent surety / security to the respondent no.1/applicant.
