Yesterday after hearing in extenso, we have expressed our non-inclination to entertain the matter. On such expression, the learned Counsel for the applicant requested to place the matter today to seek instructions.

In above background, the learned Counsel for the applicant seeks for withdrawal with liberty to approach this Court in case of change in circumstances. He also requested to clarify that this Rgd.

Order 2609apl1102.24 withdrawal should not come in the way of applicant in case he desires to seek prearrest bail in changed circumstances.

Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed with endorsing clarification which is sought for. Needless to say that the applicant is at liberty to challenge the lookout notice, as permissible in law. JUDGE JUDGE Rgd.
