CIVIL APPLN. (F) NO.59 OF 2013 Learned Assistant Government Pleader for the appellant submits that the entire amount as per the impugned order has been deposited with the Registry of this Court.

The amount be invested in fixed deposit in a Nationalized Bank initially for a period of three years and be renewed every year till the appeal is decided. The respondents are granted liberty to file application for withdrawal of the amount.

Civil application is disposed of in the above terms.
