The change reports filed by the petitioner and the respondent no.2 are pending for adjudication by the Assistant Charity Commissioner. According to the petitioner, some programme is arranged in the Trust during 03.08.2019 to 10.08.2019 and the respondent no.2 is trying to interfere in the activities and, therefore, application under Section 41-A of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act, 1950 was filed and it was rejected by the Charity Commissioner. It is not in dispute that in Schedule-I the names of the petitioner as well as respondent no.2 appear. The change reports are pending and, therefore, it is not possible to interfere in the matter. The writ petition is dismissed.
