3158.16ca (2) respondent No. 3 opposed the claim of condonation of delay on the ground that there are no satisfactory reasons to condone delay.

What could be gathered from the record is, payment of compensation pursuant to the order of Land Acquisition Officer was made at belated stage and therefore, applicantS came in a financial crunch.

In view thereof, delay stands condoned.

Civil Application stands allowed.
