Mr. Parihar, learned Counsel for respondent No. 3 opposed the claim of condonation of delay on the ground that there are no

What could be gathered from the record is, payment of compensation pursuant to the order of Land Acquisition Officer was made at belated stage and therefore, applicant came in a financial crunch.

In view thereof, delay stands condoned.
