Learned counsel Shri sTiwari submits that in view of the pendency of the petition filed by the present applicant under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code before this Court vide Application No. 510/2017 for quashing of First Information Report, the applicant wish to withdraw the present application with a liberty to approach again.

Permission is granted. The application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. However, it is made clear that this Court has not granted any protection in favour of the present applicant. JUDGE Ansari
