This is an application for condonation of delay of 37 days caused for filing application for restoration of first appeal which was dismissed for non removal of office objections i.e. not depositing the court fees.

Learned advocate for the applicant submits that she is ready to deposit the court fee within a week. 3.

It appears that the delay is not deliberately caused. The application is allowed on condition to deposit the court fee within a week. If the court fee is not deposited within a week, the application shall be deemed to be rejected without further order.
