This petition takes exception to the order dated 10.03.2015 passed by the Competent Authority under the Maharashtra Rent Control Act. 2.

The petitioner has already filed a civil suit being Regular Civil Suit No.1163/2023, challenging the said order impugned in this petition. I am therefore, not inclined to entertain the present petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
