This application is for withdrawal of an amount of Rs.15,46,851/- filed by respondent Nos.1 to 3. There is no objection from the appellant for grant of permission to withdraw the amount.

The learned Counsel for the applicants/respondent Nos.1 to 3 submits that respondent No.1 has been given a Power of Attorney by respondent Nos.2 and 3 to receive the said amount for and on their behalf.

In view of this, the office to refund the amount of Rs.15,46,851/- along with interest, if any, accrued thereon in the name of respondent No.1.

The civil application stands disposed of.
