The pursis states that the appellant seeks to withdraw the appeal unconditionally. Learned Advocate for the appellant submits that the Company has deposited the amount of compensation in this Court. 3.

The claimants are entitled to withdraw the said amount deposited by the appellant alongwith accrued interest unconditionally. 4.
