This is an application for addition of party as the applicants/appellants want to introduce Sub Divisional Officer, Gondia as party respondent No.2. Since earlier the then Sub Divisional Officer, Gondia was impleaded by name, permission is granted for addition of party as respondent No.2 The civil application is allowed and disposed of as prayed for.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week from day.
