WRIT PETITION NO. 6111/2018 We direct the petitioner to appear before the Chairman/ Secretary of the respondent No.2 Agriculture Produce Marketing Committee, Wardud on 28.07.2025 with a prayer to release an amount of Rs. 1,24,447/-.

So far as the issue about the extension of benefits of employee's pension scheme is concerned, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondent No.2 to comply with the corresponding responsibility, in any case within a period of four weeks from production of this order and to extend all cooperation in the matter of drawing /releasing the benefits of the said scheme in favour of the petitioner.

With the above observations, the petition stands disposed of. No costs.
