Learned counsel for appellant seeks permission to deposit the amount. Earlier order was passed and stay was granted subject to deposit the decretal amount within a period of twelve weeks. As it was not deposited within twelve weeks, the appellant has filed this application for grant of permission to deposit the amount by condoning the delay of 159 days.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 159 days is condoned. The Prity
