Learned counsel for appellant seeks permission to deposit the amount. Earlier order was passed and stay was granted subject to deposit the decretal amount within a period of eight weeks. As it was not deposited within eight weeks, the appellant has filed this application for grant of permission to deposit the amount by condoning the delay of 118 days.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 118 days is condoned. The appellant is permitted to deposit the amount within a period of two days. After deposing the amount, there shall be stay to the execution of the decree. (Mrs. Vrushali V. Joshi, J.) Prity
