DATED : AUGUST 29, 2019 The applicant is arrested in connection with Crime No.48/2019 registered with Police Station, Andhera, Tq. Chikhli, Dist. Buldhana, for an offence punishable under Sections 302 read with Section 201 the Indian Penal Code. The FIR is lodged by Savita, wife of the deceased Sudhakar. Investigation in this case is over. Charge-sheet is already filed. There is no eye witness account as such in the entire prosecution case against applicant. According to prosecution, applicant is seen lastly in the company of applicant and at his behest, key of the motorcycle was recovered. Applicant is of 18 years of age. The investigation is over. Charge-sheet is already filed. In view of this, applicant who is of tender age, need not to continue his jail presence during the pendency of the trial. Hence, I pass the following order.

ORDER
(i) The application is allowed.
(ii) Applicant-Ajay Sahebrao Jadhav be released on bail in connection with Crime No.48/2019 registered with Police Station, Andhera, Tq. Chikhli, Dist. Buldhana, for an offence punishable under Sections 302 read with Section 201 the Indian Penal Code, on he executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one solvent surety in like amount. (iii) The applicant is directed to attend police station Andhera, once in three months till the trial is over. The application is disposed of.
