This Court vide order dated 01.04.2015 allowed the criminal application (ABA) No.302 of 2015 granting bail to the applicants on certain condition. One of the conditions is that the applicants shall not enter village Dhundi, Tq. Pusad, Dist. Yavatmal till the trial is completed.

The present application is for relaxation of this condition. From the date of order of granting bail, period of more than seven and half years is lapsed and during this period, there is no complaint of misuse of liberty by the applicants.

In that view of the matter, the above referred condition is relaxed. However, liberty is granted to the State if the applicants misuse the order of relaxation of condition, the State can move an application for recall of this order. Accordingly, I pass the following order:

b) The condition No.(iv) is hereby relaxed.

c) Liberty is granted to the State to move for recall of this order in the case of misuse of this order at the hands of the applicants.
