Learned Advocate for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submitted that as per the order passed by this Court on 3rd October 2019, possession of the property in question is handed over to the petitioner.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. do not dispute this submission. In view of the above, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive and nothing further is required to be adjudicated in this petition.

Hence, the writ petition is disposed accordingly. The respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall jointly and severally deposit Rupees Twenty Thousand towards costs with the Registry of this Court, till 15th October 2019.
