DATED : 19-08-2025 The applicant/appellant has moved this application to permit it to deposit the cheque of the compensation amount by condoning the delay caused in depositing the same, for which the learned Advocate for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 has taken objection.

However, the learned Advocate for the applicant/appellant submitted that the cheque is ready and she will deposit the same in the court by 21-08-2025, as the validity of the cheque will expire on 27-08-2025.

Having considered the said facts, I deem it appropriate to allow the application. The applicant/appellant is permitted to deposit the cheque by 21-08-2025, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. (ABHAY J. MANTRI, J.) adgokar
