After hearing this matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to make a suitable representation to respondent No.1 for redressal of the grievance of petitioner. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. No costs.
