The petition is filed for direction to respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to register the crime against respondent Nos. 3 and 4 for offence punishable under Sections 427, 428, 506(B) read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the perusal of the reply filed on behalf of respondent no.1, it would reveal that the crime is already registered against respondent Nos. 3 and 4 and the investigation is in progress.
