The civil application seeks correction of the statement attributed to Mr. A.C. Dharmadhikari, learned counsel for the petitioners in the order dated 09/08/2023 to the effect that inspection was already done around 3 to 4 days back, as according to him, the inspection has been done in the month of May, 2023, in pursuance to which, the permission to admit students, according to him, has been accorded on 01/08/2023. The grant of permission on 01/08/2023 is borne

Mr. S.M. Ukey, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent nos.3 and 5; Mr. Narayan Phadnis, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 as well as Mr. K.S. Malokar, learned counsel for the respondent no.4 and Mr. S.A. Chaudhari, learned counsel for the respondent no.1 do not have any objection, considering which, the expression "around 3 to 4 days back" be deleted and be replaced with "in the month of May, 2023".

The civil application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. The corrected order be uploaded. No order as to costs.
