Statement is made on instructions that the judgment passed in Land Acquisition Case No.313/2006 is already subject matter of challenge before this Court and the appeal referred by the acquiring body is already admitted. Attention of this Court also invited towards the judgment dated 11.07.2017 and 14.02.2019 delivered in First Appeal Nos.791/2010 and 353/2015, so as to claim that the award of compensation for the open plot and the construction therein was already adjudicated.
