2] Learned Advocate for the petitioner does not dispute this fact and states that grievance of the petitioner does not survive. In the above facts, the proceedings are dropped.

3] Though oral submission made by the learned Advocate for the petitioner about compliance is accepted and proceedings are dropped, we find that the respondents have not filed affidavit and have not explained the laches and delay on their part in complying with the directions and have not tendered any unconditional apology. Hence, the respondent No.1 shall

2 7.cp248.2018 pay costs of Rs.5000/- and respondent No. 2 shall pay costs of Rs.5000/- to the petitioner and file affidavit of compliance on record of this contempt petition within one month.

Contempt petition stands disposed, in the above terms.
