DATED : 26-08-2016 The necessary details explaining the inordinate delay in complying with the order regarding deposit of the amount are not given in the application. However, the learned Advocate for the appellant states that the cheque of the amount is ready and can be deposited within one week. Considering these facts, the appellant is granted one week's time to deposit the amount. If the amount is not deposited within one week, the interim order shall stand vacated without reference to Court.

The civil application is disposed in the above terms.

After the amount is deposited, the respondent Nos.2 to 4/claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction

2 caf2922.16 of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and the balance 50% amount be given to the respondent Nos.2 and 4 on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The amount be disbursed to the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in equal proportion.
