Considering the submissions that these applicants were on bail all along and even after their conviction recorded on 11/8/2016 their substantive

sentences of imprisonments have been suspended to enable them to file this appeal and also the fact that these applicants now have already deposited the fine amount, this application deserves to be allowed and it is allowed accordingly.

It is directed that the substantive sentences of imprisonments awarded to these applicants are hereby suspended till final disposal of this appeal and till that time the applicants be released on bail on each of them furnishing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like amount on the condition that they shall appear before this Court as and when required.

The application is disposed of.
