2] Petition is silent about the issuance of Section 6 notification though the proceedings for acquisition of the land were initiated in 1991 - 1992. The petition is also silent in respect of award passed, if any, for the land acquired. The petitioners admit that the respondents have taken possession of the land acquired and now the petition is seeking directions to the respondents to pay compensation.

3] In the absence of pleading of all material facts no case is made out. The writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
