Applicant - a convict is seeking condonation of delay of 83 days caused in challenging the order of conviction dated 19.3.2024 for the offence punishable under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code.

The applicant is in jail till date. According to us this is a sufficient reason to condone the delay for giving an opportunity to contest the order of convict on merit. 4.
