Learned Additional Government Pleader submits that petition is covered by judgment in Writ Petition No. 920/2020 (Rajendra S/o Ramrao Likhar Vs. The State of Maharashtra, through its Chief Secretary, General Administration Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai and another). As such, petition needs to be allowed in terms of order in Writ Petition No. 920/2020.

In view of the above statement, we pass the following order :

(i) The writ petition is allowed.

(ii) The impugned communication dated 04/03/2020, issued by respondent No.2, is hereby quashed and set aside.

(2) 963 wp 7859-2023 (iii) It is held that probation period of the petitioner for two years has completed and petitioner is entitled for all the service benefits including increment etc.
