Writ Petition No. 2095 of 2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner without prejudice to his rights, is willing to deposit the penalty amount. It is submitted SKNair

966-wp-4422-24.odt that the truck in question be released as livelihood of the petitioner is dependent upon the said vehicle. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, Tehsildar, Ghatanji shall release the vehicle in question subject to deposit of the amount of penalty of Rs.1,06,656/- by the petitioner with the office of the concerned Tehsildar, Ghatanji.

List the matter for further consideration on 2nd September, 2024.
