DATED : 05-08-2022 The challenge in the petition is to the order dated 01-8-2019 whereby the petitioner is transferred from Akola to Sindewahi.

We do not consider it necessary to consider the contentions raised in the petition on merits since it is common ground that the petitioner joined at the place of transfer and three years have lapsed since the date of joining.

We dispose of the petition with liberty to the petitioner to make an appropriate representation to respondents 2 and 3 for considering his prayer for being transferred at some other place, as and when routine administrative transfers take place.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
