CIVIL APPLN. (O)_NO. 1750 OF 2016 Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. Perused the contents of the application. For the reasons stated in the application, the delay in filing the restoration application is condoned, subject to payment of costs of rupees five hundred to the High Court Bar Association, Nagpur.
The learned counsel for the applicant states that the costs would be deposited today.
The statement is accepted. The civil application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

Perused the contents of the application. For the reasons stated in the application, the writ petition is restored to file, as the
2/3 same was dismissed for want of prosecution, as the petitioner had not engaged another counsel. The civil application is allowed and disposed of.
WRIT PETITION NO. 2568 OF 2015 Shri Kulkarni, the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, as the same has become infructuous, in view of the subsequent order passed by the respondents, cancelling the recognition of the Institution run by the petitioner. It is stated that the petitioner is desirous of filing appropriate proceedings against the order, that is now passed.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. The points raised in the petition are kept open. JUDGE JUDGE KHUNTE
