In this Letters Patent Appeal the judgment of the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.5517/2009 has been challenged. By the said judgment the order passed by the Honourable Tribunal came to be modified and the services of the respondent No.1 were directed to be reinstated with 50% back-wages. When the Letters Patent Appeal was admitted on 03/02/2012 the challenge was restricted only to the direction to pay back-wages.
Ms K. Satpute, learned counsel for respondent No.1 on instructions submits that the respondent No.1 has received all the back-wages as directed. In that view of the matter it is seen that the order passed by the learned Single Judge has been complied with by the Management despite the fact that this Court has stayed the order granting back-wages.
In the light of aforesaid, Letters Patent Appeal is disposed of. Parties to bear their own costs.
