This is an application for condonation of delay in filing appeal. There is a delay of 104 days in filing appeal under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act read with Section 96 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

After going through the application, more particularly, the reasons stated in paragraph 2, I am of the opinion that the delay has been properly and satisfactory explained by the appellant. 3.

In that view of the matter, the application is allowed. The delay caused in filling the appeal, is condoned. Appeal be registered.
