DATE : November 29, 2021 Heard the representative in person and perused the grounds raised in the review application. It is urged that representation was not properly made available to the applicant by extending legal aid when the writ petition was decided. He sought to rely upon the decisions in Ramchandra Dagoji Rangari, Thr. Lts Lilabai Ramchandra Rangari and ors. vs. Vishwanath Champak Naik and anr. 2011(5) Mh.L.J. 193 and Chairman and Managing Director, Central Bank of India SC/ST Employees Welfare Association and ors. in support of his submission. We had considered the entire record of the writ petition as well as the challenges raised in the Letters Patent Appeal while deciding the appeal. We do not find any error apparent on the face of record to invoke review jurisdiction. The Application is therefore rejected.
