Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and perused the grounds raised in the application for review. We have also considered the ratio of the decisions in Board of Control for Cricket in India & Another Versus Netaji Cricket Club & Others [(2005) 4 SCC 741] and Rajinder Singh Versus Lt.Governor, Andaman & Nicobar Islands & Others [(2005) 13 SCC 289]. The contentions as urged would require re-opening of the proceedings which exercise cannot be undertaken in review jurisdiction. The miscellaneous civil application is not entertained. The same is disposed of.
