ATE : JANUARY 23, 2025 1) Mr.Chavan learned Government Pleader has tendered across the bar a memorandum dated 23/01/2025, issued by the State, which indicates that a sum of Rs.5,90,98,816/- would be transferred in the account of LAO today and after the transfer, LAO disbursed the amount to the respective parties in whose favour the award is passed. The communication is taken on record and marked as 'X' for the purpose of identification. 2) The LAO upon receipt of the amount, shall disburse the amount to the claimants in whose favour the award is, within a period of 20 days from today. Accordingly, the petitions are disposed of in above terms. No costs.
