Heard Shri N.C. Phadnis, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri S.M. Ghodeswar, learned A.G.P. for respondent no.1 and Shri V.H. Kedar, learned Counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3.

After some arguments, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 2 and 3 submits that respondents shall file appropriate application in Writ Petition No.1126/2016 seeking clarification.

It is apparent that order directs and holds petitioner entitled to park their vehicle in M.S.R.T.C. Depot during the pendency of the Writ Petition. Thus,

Order 2209cp300.16 if the vehicle is of petitioner, it needs to be allowed to be parked.

In view of the statement made above by learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3, we find that grievance of petitioner in this contempt petition does not survive. However, with liberty to her to approach again, if occasion therefor arise, we dispose of the Contempt Petition. No costs.
