Misc. Civil Application St. No. 15851 of 2023 By present application, the petitioner is seeking to set aside order dated 12-6-2023 passed by Registrar(Judicial) thereby dismissing the petition for non removal of office objections. The order of Registrar(Judicial) indicates that the petitioner committed repeated default in not removing the office objections.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will diligently attend the proceeding and remove office objections, if the petition is restored on file. On the basis of such assurance, the application is allowed. Order passed by Registrar(Judicial) dated 12-6-2023 is quashed and set aside. Writ Petition Stamp No. 1479/2023 is restored to file.
