Learned Advocate for the petitioner has filed pursis dated 16.06.2022 stating that he has already returned all papers to the petitioners, which is marked as Exh.-'X' for identification.

It appears that in spite of returned of papers, the petitioner has not engaged any other Advocate. Therefore, the petitioner is not interesting in prosecuting the petition. The petition is therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution.
