Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned Counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.
Six months' time is granted to file private paper-book. If it is not filed within the stipulated period, the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
Since the amount of compensation is very meagre i.e. Rs.1,00,000/-, the matter be referred to the Lok-Adalat, as and when it will be conducted. There is no need to issue fresh notice to the parties. The parties may take note of it.
