DATED : SEPEMBER 7, 2016 Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the State. Perused the first information report and the casediary. It is seen that illicit liquor has been seized from the house of this applicant. Previously, similar offence has been registered against this applicant. The applicant appears to have not cooperated with the police when his house search was taken. The material available on record and the conduct of the applicant together show that the applicant is prima facie involved in the offence registered against him. A detailed investigation would be necessary. Besides, there is possibility of the applicant to misuse the liberty, if it is granted to him having regard to the conduct of the applicant in the matter. Therefore, the applicant is not entitled to be released on anticipatory bail.

The application stands rejected.
