Learned counsel for the respondent submits, that the petitioner has not complied with the order dated 21/08/2017, directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- towards maintenance in the Sessions Court, nor has he complied with the direction to continue to pay Rs.2,000/- per month to the respondent until further orders. On 08/11/2017, when the said grievance was made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the petitioner sought time to take instructions.

Today, none appears for the petitioner on the first call nor on the second call. Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
