Effort is to demonstrate that the applicant is found to be involved on the basis of unsupported allegations of instigating the husband of the complainant to demand dowry. Charge sheet is already filed. In this situation, we are not inclined to examine the correctness of the contentions.

Without observing anything on the merits and with liberty to the applicant to take suitable steps before the trial Court in this respect, we dispose of the Criminal Application. No costs.
