Heard Mr. Tirukh, learned counsel for the applicants and Mrs. Barabde, learned A.P.P. for the respondent/ State.

2] The learned counsel for the applicants identifies the applicants, who are present in the Court. Applicant No.2 has also produced her Aadhaar Card for photo identification.

3] The learned counsel for the applicants as well the applicants who are present in the Court state that they have settled the dispute amongst themselves. The applicants have stated that they were in a consensual relationship with each other, and on account of a fight and in a heat of anger, the impugned First Information Report came to be lodged.

4] On 25/11/2021, we made the following order :

"1.

The applicants are present in the Court. The applicants state that they have filed false application against one another and have now compromised the matter.

Based on this compromise they seek quashing of F.I.R. They agree that they have, on the basis of their complaints, required the police machinery as well as judicial institution to spend their valuable time, which could have been otherwise utilized for more genuine cases. They offered to deposit amount of Rs.50,000/- with the High Court Legal Services SubCommittee, Nagpur within one week from today.

Accordingly, in terms of their offer, the applicants, should deposit amount of Rs.50,000/- in the account of the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur within one week.

Place the matter for further consideration on 2nd December, 2021."

5] Today, the learned counsel for the applicants has produced a receipt confirming deposit of Rs.50,000/- in the account of the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.

6] Accordingly, we quash the impugned First Information Report No. 650/2021 dated 21/09/2021 registered at the Police Station - Dabki Road, Akola.

7] The application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
