Dated : 23 th February, 2015 It is not disputed by the learned counsels appearing for the parties that the crops, which were taken up in the land encroached area, have already been removed and the land is lying vacant.

In view of this, no interference is called for in the order impugned, and the Additional Collector, Chandrapur, is directed to decide the appeal filed by the petitioners within a period of three months from the date of first appearance of the parties before him. The parties to appear before the Additional Collector, Chandrapur, on 9-3-2015.

The petition stands disposed of.
