DATED : 04/01/2021 Shri Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time in the matter, as according to him, he is yet to receive further instructions regarding the development after filing of the charge-sheet. The learned APP submits that if charge-sheet has been filed, the petitioner can approach the Trial Court for redressal of his Bureau and one of the ways to do so could be to file discharge application, if, it is maintainable.

We agree with the submissions of Ms.

Mehta, learned APP as the charge-sheet has been filed, the proper course for the petitioner to follow in such a

Accordingly, we find that now this petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed, keeping all questions open.
