This application is filed by petitioner for grant of permission to incorporate proposed amendment in the petition.

Learned Counsel for respondents do not have any objection if application is allowed.

The proposed amendment as mentioned in paragraph 3 of the application does not seem to be contrary to the stand taken by the petitioner in the petition nor same changes the nature of petition. On the contrary, amendment sought to be incorporated appears to be necessary for just adjudication of petition. The application is, therefore, allowed.

Petitioner to carry out amendment within two weeks and serve respondents with amended copy of
