By the present application, the applicant is seeking extension of time to surrender. It is not in dispute that this is the second attempt of the applicant for seeking extension of time. Earlier prayer for extension of time was granted.

Learned counsel Shri Moon by inviting our attention to the certificates issued by the Doctors submits that the wife of the applicant is not keeping good health and requires medication and attention. Learned APP opposes the application.

Considering the grounds raised in the application, in our opinion, the prayer can be granted for the period of 15 days. No further extension, in any case, will be granted.

The application is allowed in above terms.
