In the present petition, the petitioner seeks directions to the respondent no.1-Collector to decide the proceedings filed on 24.12.2024 under Section 14(1)(J-3) of the Maharashtra Village Act. 3.

Mr. D. P. Thakre, learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, makes a statement that within a period of four weeks from today, the Collector shall decide the aforesaid proceedings. 4.
